Two timezones, two kids, two cars, and we're finally in the state! Last thoughts on Kansas, the last 40 miles were really nothing but flat, dirt, corn, grass and sky. But we made it and it was a good drive.
Recommend stopping in Burlington, CO to the Welcome Center. All the maps and brochures you could ask for, a play room with lots of toys for the kids, fresh coffee and an Old Town Museum to tour which we're going to do.
