Last week was one of the most dramatic weeks for the 4 Holmies. In a span of four days, we:
-packed up and moved everything in a 3000 sq. ft house (with the help of 4 packers and 5 loaders)
-had a low ball offer on purchasing our house, which we turned down
-rented that house to an exec. family from overseas
-had the renters pull out
-Sold our house. Keep in mind, after staging and keeping my house Martha Stewart spotless for 5 months, we had no offers. However, the renter and buyer both saw the house for the first time while it was full of boxes and in disarray and wanted it then. HGTV can bite me.
-Mouse, my hubby, received the Army Commendation medal from the Army Corp of Engineers.
-Mouse got accepted to a week long school, which means the day we arrive in Colorado, he flys back to Pittsburgh for a week.
-Mouse also had to work that week.
-Celebrated the 4th with the Stoffers
Driving out of Pittsburgh, I felt like I had wings - the stress was gone and I was looking forward to road ahead and enjoying the ride.

I'm really glad for ya'll. God always seems to work "sideways" i.e. in a way I never anticipate :)
Amy Miller! How the hell are you. It's been so long since we last talked that I had no idea you were married, had a family, were living in Pittsburgh and are now on your way to Colorado. Good luck out there and say "hey" when you can
